Join us as we launch a special grassroots project to take the next steps in K-12 education reform. I am inviting teachers, other education professionals, parents and anyone with ideas and energy to follow us on this blog.
Recognizing both the strengths of our current system and the areas where it can be improved, our goal is to map out a general framework for developing a specific set of practical legislative proposals which we can put into play and see to completion in the next legislative session beginning next January.
I’m going to make this my primary work project this interim. A bit of your time to help push us along will be most appreciated. By using the Internet and some small work groups we’ll keep the meetings to a minimum.
